Our
May 2003 Award
Winners!!! This month’s Conspiracyworld.com Black Boot Award goes to the idiotic police department in Salt Lake City, Utah, along with the incompetent FBI agents in that unholy Mormon City. The only witness to the Elizabeth Smart abduction was her little sister, Mary Catherine, who told her mom and dad, and then the investigators, that the abductor looked like "Emmanuel," a transient bum and laborer who had worked on the Smart residence fixing the roof a few months before the kidnapping of 14-year old Elizabeth. Police did not believe her and did little to attempt to find "Emmanuel." Yet, the kidnapper was, indeed, Emmanuel all along. Polygamist pervert "Emmanuel," as he called himself, along with his "wife," Wanda, and new "wife," young kidnapped Elizabeth, lived for awhile in an apartment only one block from the police station. They frequented Salt Lake City restaurants together and calmly walked the sidewalks of Salt Lake City's streets. They even attended a neighborhood party. "Emmanuel," Wanda, and Elizabeth were apprehended eventually not in Salt Lake City but in nearby Sandy, Utah. They were spotted by citizens who had four days prior seen the case highlighted on John Walsh's TV show, America's Most Wanted. These good, alert citizens promptly called the cops. Are police and law enforcement across America just getting dumb and dumber or what? Did the boys and girls in blue in Salt Lake City really care? What do they teach these guys at their Police Academy? While our Black Boot Award goes to Salt Lake City's finest (oh sure!), we are pleased to take our hats off to John Walsh. He's smart and perceptive. Walsh really cares about kids, and he hates the crooks and perverts. If only America had cops with these same high standards of integrity.
