The Black Boot Award

Conspiracyworld.com is pleased to announce the
August recipient of it’s Black Boot Award.  This distinctive prize goes to an unfortunate soul who, driven by twisted ideology, has given a swift kick of his black boot to the
American people. In turn, we at
Conspiracyworld.com, representing the best interests of afflicted people, do give and award our own version of a loving, black boot kick right back to the offending party.

Our August 2001 Award Winner!!!

Federal Judge Richard Matsch of Colorado is fully deserving of Conspiracyworld.com’s “The Black Boot Award” and is hereby named our August 2001 recipient.

Judge Match was the sitting judge in the McVeigh murder trial.  He proved himself a toady and puppet of his federal government superiors in the Gestapo manner in which he “managed” the McVeigh case.

Matsch’s Court in Colorado was obviously especially selected by Attorney General Janet Reno and minions in the Justice Department.  From the beginning, Matsch made absolute sure that the whole truth of the Oklahoma City bombing would never get out.

Judge Matsch severely limited the evidence that McVeigh’s defense team could present to the jury.  When McVeigh’s lawyers early on complained that the FBI and prosecutors were withholding documentation, Matsch shut them up.  When they attempted to demonstrate that other individuals—and federal law enforcement—may have been involved or had advance knowledge of the bombing, Matsch refused to allow it.

Judge Matsch also made sure that FBI Agent Whitehurst’s stunning disclosure that the FBI’s crime laboratory fabricated bomb evidence in the McVeigh case was never brought up at the trial and that US Air Force General Partin’s testimony that a fertilizer bomb could not have caused this much damage was hushed up.

The McVeigh prosecution was the first federal trial in which the prosecution was allowed to introduce emotional testimony from survivors and their families and graphic images during the trial phase to taint and influence the minds of the jurors against the defendant.  Previously, such testimony had been limited to the sentencing phase of trials.

When Stephen Jones, McVeigh’s chief lawyer, poisoned the whole case against his client by publicly stating before the decision was even rendered by the jury that McVeigh was guilty, Judge Matsch looked the other way.  This was unprecedented.

When it belatedly came to light that the corrupt FBI had, indeed, withheld evidence—at least 4,000 pages according to the agency’s own admission—Judge Matsch’s response was a big “ho-hum, no big deal!”

Finally, Judge Matsch did all he could in rushing Timothy McVeigh towards his appointed date with destiny—death by lethal injection.  Most federal defendants linger on death row 10, 15, 20 years with appeal after appeal and no hurry by the feds.  After all, Janet Reno herself is an avowed opponent of the death penalty.

Obviously, it was never intended by the feds that McVeigh be allowed to live too long.  They limited who he could see and talk to in his cell.  They censored his letters and communications.  Then, with Judge Matsch’s rapturous approval, the new U.S. Attorney General, John Ashcroft, 33rd degree Mason, declared in essence, “Damn the Constitution, full speed ahead.  Kill McVeigh quickly!”

Now of course, we’ll never know what McVeigh knew.  Like Lee Harvey Oswald, the patsy is dead.  The feds almost immediately tore down the bombed out Murrah Federal Building to conceal the evidence.  Strangely, McVeigh lawyers (appointed by Matsch, the federal judge) put up not a peep of protest.

All this with Judge Matsch looking on.  Don’t be surprised if the “good judge” is rewarded in the future with higher court appointments—He’s been a loyal soldier in overseeing the designated, federal, kangaroo Show Court.

The real victims in this government-supervised theatre production are the American people, and especially the 168 dead and their families.  They deserve better.  The surviving families deserve justice.  They deserve to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  So do all of us as American citizens.  But, we were denied this truth by Judge Matsch and the corrupt federal government.

Yes, Judge Richard Matsch richly deserves to be the illustrious winner of  Conspiracyworld.com’s highly uncoveted "The Black Boot Award!”
