Conspiracyworld.com is pleased to announce the latest recipient of it’s Black Boot Award.  This distinctive prize goes to an unfortunate soul who, driven by twisted ideology, has given a swift kick of his black boot to the American people. In turn, we at Conspiracyworld.com, representing the best interests of afflicted people, do give and award our own version of a loving, black boot kick right back to the offending party.

San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom is fully deserving of Conspiracyworld.com’s "The Black Boot Award" and is hereby named our latest recipient.

Mayor Newsom ordered the issuance of marriage licenses to homosexuals. Newsom argues that homosexuals should be able to marry based on California’s Constitutional guarantee of equal protection. "I took the oath of office here at City Hall and swore to uphold California’s Constitution, which clearly outlaws all forms of discrimination."

California Campaign for Families Executive Director, Randy Thomasson contends that Newsom has it all wrong. "When Mayor Newsom raised his right hand and swore to uphold the law, he either lied or didn’t do his homework. Newsom’s out of control behavior shows he is pandering to special interests."

Senator William Knight authored a state ballot measure that limited marriage to a man and a woman. Four years ago this measure was approved by over 60 percent of the state voters. Therefore, San Francisco’s mayor has no authority under the state’s constitution to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. Thus the mayor and the city clerk, Nancy Alfaro are guilty of breaking the law they swore to uphold.

California penal code, Section 115, "prohibits the knowing procurement of any false or forged instrument to be filed in any public office. The penalty for this felony is up to three years in prison. This means three years for each false certificate issued. Over 3,000 licenses have been issued since Mayor Gavin Newsom order the issuance of these licenses.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger stated that San Francisco’s same-sex marriage licenses have failed to meet legal standards. "The attorney general has assured me that he will vigorously defend the constitutionality of the law."

We urge all of you to contact your representatives and voice your opinion on this issue. Our country was founded on biblical principles, and Leviticus 18:22 says, "Though shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination."
